Pastured turkey is available from mid July to December.

We will have three sizes this year:

9-11 pounders, available end of September to December.

12-15 pounders, available mid July to December

16-20 pounders, available November and December.

We will also have select cuts available beginning of July, such as ground turkey, drumsticks, wings and soup bones

Pick up is available from the farm, or from St Norbert Farmers Market during fall and December markets.

The price for the whole turkeys is $4 per pound. A $25 deposit will hold your turkey, and you can pay the remainder at pick up.

These happy active turkeys have been raised outdoors on pasture and their diet has consisted of peas, wheat, oats, grass, seeds, weeds, grass and insects. They have not been given any antibiotics. They have been rotated on our pasture, helping regenerate the soil and increase the lands' productivity.
